FAQ
What websites can you support?
If we can get the right admin access, we can usually support your site — including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and many other platforms.
Will everything in the plan apply to every website system?
Not always. Different platforms have different capabilities. Some allow deeper backup control and update management, others are more “closed”. We’ll always work within what your system supports and tell you clearly what’s possible (and the best way forward).
What’s the difference between “Hosted With Us” plans and “Existing Site Support” plans?

Hosted With Us: we manage hosting + backups + updates end-to-end (fastest fixes, most control).

Existing Site Support: you keep your current platform/hosting, and we provide ongoing support and changes within what that system allows.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. You can keep your current hosting if you prefer. We do recommend Fully Managed hosting where possible because it’s smoother and usually means faster support.
Can I still have access if you host/manage it?
Yes. You can still have admin access and visibility of key accounts. Fully Managed just means we handle the technical side properly behind the scenes.
What’s included in the Support Setup?
Access checks, a website health check, backup/restore plan (where supported), analytics/tracking check, and a domain/DNS review so your website and email stay working. We also provide a clear action plan of what we’ll improve first.
Is Support Setup free on yearly plans?
Yes — if you pay annually, Support Setup is included at no extra cost.
What counts as an “edit/change” each month?
Typical edits include text updates, image swaps, adding a new section, updating prices, uploading PDFs, adding testimonials, embedding reviews/social/video, and small layout tweaks. For online stores, this can also include basic product/content updates depending on the platform.
What isn’t included as a standard edit?
Large redesigns, advanced SEO campaigns, major development work, complex app/plugin troubleshooting, or major ecommerce rebuilds. We can still help — we’ll quote or agree extra time.
Do unused monthly minutes roll over?
By default, minutes don’t roll over. If you have a quieter month, we can often use the time for tidy-ups and improvements instead.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Most requests are handled within 48 business hours. Priority plans receive same/next working day response for most issues.
Do you offer ad-hoc support instead of monthly?
Yes — we can work on an hourly basis if you prefer. Most clients choose a plan because it’s better value and keeps everything maintained.
Can you manage my domain too?
Yes. You can keep your domain where it is, or we can manage renewals and DNS changes for you. Either way, you remain the owner.
What’s included in Domain Renewal & DNS Management?
Renewal monitoring (so nothing expires), DNS updates when needed (website changes, verification records, email services), and checks to avoid email downtime.
Will DNS changes affect my email?
They can — especially if your email is linked to your domain (e.g., Microsoft 365). We always check and protect your email DNS records before making changes.
What happens if my site goes down or something breaks?
If it’s within the scope of your plan and we manage the setup, we’ll investigate and resolve it. If the issue is hosting/platform-related on a third-party system, we’ll still help — but resolution may depend on the platform/host.
