How to Log In to the Client Portal

The Webconnect client portal allows you to securely access your support account online. Once logged in, you can view your tickets, check updates, and access helpful support resources.


What you need before you start

  • Your email address
  • Your portal password
  • The client portal login link

How to log in

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Go to the Webconnect client portal login page.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Log In.
After logging in

You will be taken to your dashboard where you can manage your tickets, view updates, and access your account information.

Forgotten your password?

  1. Go to the client portal login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password or Reset Password.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset email.
  5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
Not received the reset email?

Please check your junk or spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.

Common login issues

Incorrect email address or password

Double-check that your email address has been entered correctly, your password is correct, and Caps Lock is not turned on.

Password reset email not received

Check your junk or spam folder, wait a few minutes, and try again.
